thanks for the reply. working… a little better. now the image is showing up in my post, but not as the featured image.

also, how can i get more posts to show up on that home page below the featured article other than just the featured article again? i’d like to be able to list the past 5-10 articles.

and… one more. the categories that i have set up don’t seem to be working quite right. when you roll over the “Topics” button which i’ve renamed “Authors”, and click on the distinct authors, this link pops up with nothing:

.. I responded back. The solution you offered actually made the flickering slower and much more pronounced. In theory setting the duration to 0 should work, but it doesn’t. The menu simply expands much slower and prolongs the up and down flicker to an unbearably long amount of time.

Overall, I really like the design. I realize that designing these and having one thing go wrong for every 1000 things that go right must be frustrating.

My plan is to simply remove all dropdowns from my site. Kinda disappointing.

I’m glad you just responded.

I purchased the theme and LOVE it.

Just three quick q’s and I’ll be out of your hair (I have a presentation on this tomorrow):

1. How do I get the menu items to change to black? I went into the wood css (I modified the wood pic with my own gradient), and even got the highlight color to change – but I entered ”#000000” in the wood.css and it doesn’t change. Here’s what the code looks like now: /* MENU -—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-—-*/

.side-nav li.menu-item a { color: #000; } .side-nav li.current_page_item>a { color: #9ab222; background: #fff;

Again – the current page color changed as I wanted, but gray doesn’t show up.

2. I’ve got my locations listed in a text widget. The color of the widget is gray. How do I change that to black?

Lastly…

3. How do I set it up so a video can be seen on the home page? (I prefer an image appears, and then when clicking on the image a lightbox with the video appears inside).

Few questions:

1) How do I change the footer text where it says ‘powered by Wordpress | Design by Awesem’?

2) How do I change the header banner so its one big image like 1000×150 for example?

3) How do I change the custom video widget so it shows the latest video from a particular category? For example, it could read latest entries from a ‘video’ category?

Three questions:

You write: Cross browser compatible with IE6 support—sorry to ask a maybe obvious, but this means its compatible with Safari as well, but only support is for IE6 ?

Is it at all possible to play videos in the slider? (I think not,but have to ask)

And last, as far as movies – is it supported that movies be displayed with this theme by pulling not from service (YouTube etc.) , but from our own server?
