RE: Portfolio

How do you exclude the portfolio category from showing in the sidebar category widget?

I have tried the ‘simply exclude’ plugin (which is great btw) and it most definitely excludes the Portfolio category from the sidebar but also from the Portfolio Page.

I want the Portfolio category to pull posts I want to display as my portfolio but I d not want these posts to be displayed in the Catergory archive.

Any suggestions for a work around?

I have downloaded this theme zip file twice and I am not able to get it to install on my wordpress site. I am hosting with hostmonster if that maters and I have other blogs and sites that I have created so I am not a total newbie but I cannot get this to work. Am I supposed to unzip the file because the file that downloaded for me is called: pandora-wordpress-business-portfolio-source

Will this theme work with version 3.0? Or is there a way to install version 2.9 of wordpress in order to use this theme even though 3.0 is the new wordpress standard?

This has the psd files, theme and help files I think but it is still compressed and it will not upload.

Help me please!

Hi there – struggling at the moment with the menu manager, when I enable and switch to the menu manager I get no options at all, just blank. Also all menu’s dissapear from the main website. Using Spinr 1.06 and wordpress 3.01. edit : also how easy is it to create/alter the existing templates to reorder them.

I just sent an email regarding page navigation issue… Submenus dropdown on homepage, but do not work on other pages. I sent a screencast video:

The grid system doesn’t work either! It shows a code like box and then the text inside..

It seems to be that the image is above the text and other content, and not like a parto f it.. so when i type something in search, the text goes behind the logo.

My initial sentiments echo BookCreative and Snipe’s comments. Also, I agree with advehicles, it would be great if the featured images could click through to articles.

My main problem is with Post Titles, if they are longer than one line, they spill over onto the share buttons & look terrible.

Also, am I the only one that can’t get the thumbnails working?

There is no info in the documentation for displaying photos on the home page. Do I need to use custom fields?

And how do I limit the Recent Posts on the Home page to 3? For some reason its showing 4 & throwing off the layout.

Thank you for this gorgeous theme, hope I can get it working as desired.

Tried to activate your good looking theme, but wordpress 3.01 says:
