Thanks for this great theme.

However, I can not get it to work. I mean, WordPress and the theme are installed but I can’t get any images to work. I honestly don’t even know how to do it…

What I want is really simple, I just want to use the slider on the homepage as a gallery for photos of my new house.

Do I create a new POST for every PHOTO I want to add and put it in the “showcase” category?

If so, how do I get the full size image in the featured box? What I’ve done so far is create a new post, add the custom-field with the right source and thats it but not even a thumbnail shows up.

Is there a way to have the slider NOT FREAKING ZOOM CROP !!? Just posted an event where most of my images were portrait and it cuts everyones head off.

Zoom cropping is so 1999 btw…c’mon man

Do you know how can make the font to display more characters? Does not display bold or italic (in chrome). There also not displays dashes or quotation marks, into any browser. I would be grateful for your help.

I have been trying to edit the style.css.. (more specific) this part (unedited):

If I could only make one suggestion: the instruction does not say where that config file is. It took me a while to figure out that it was located in /durable/functions/config

My slide does not work. I did exactly what he said. I created one category, I selected it in the system, created the post and insert the image at the location indicated, but nothing appears.

Another problem. The style.css is very different. I need to adjust the header, because my logo is bigger and still wanted to increase the font and spacing of the menu, but do not understand your CSS .

This is a great theme by the way. I have been working on it for the past week with no big issues but I do have a couple of questions.

1. This is not on the theme itself but the “simple thumbnail” widget you recommend for it. When I post blogs I don’t always have a picture that goes with it ,especially when I do it remotely from my Blackberry. When there is no picture with the blog, the widget posts an empty thumbnail shape. Is there a way to get rid of this?

2. I would like to change the logo to my name. Is there a PSD file for the logo?

This is my first theme and definitely getting an education on this.

Thanks for great theme. But it would be nice to pull images from WP3 ’s featured image thumbnails instead of generating its own. I just can’t get my PHP upgraded since I have many clients in my server.

Is there any way to get Slideshow working manually? I would like to use slideshow with my featured image thumbnail of wordpress own.

Would you please consider adding these features to your next update?

1. Support for WP3 .0’s native thumbnails instead of auto-generating. 2. On / Off function of auto-generating thumbnails and banner pictures.

I like the style of your theme and that is why I bought it. But I cannot use it now because I am not possible to change upload folder. So please consider adding on/off functions above so I can use sort of ‘lite’ version of your theme.

I can change them manually but I’ve purchased this theme to save my time, so if I spend too much time on changing codes manually, it’s not worth it.

I have one question.

I am making a photo gallery page. What i would like to do is when u see all the pictures in my gallery (made with the option to insert the gallery using the insert gallery from the insert pictures mode) and click one picture to have a page that has more pictures of the same picture and some text.

So far when i select to show the attachment page option it shows me the specific image post url – but how can i add some text and more images to that post url?
