Hello, I have noticed some significant bugs on the theme after downloading. For e.g. I didn’t want the Home page to display as the front page and instead wanted to use the Blog Page. The code however doesn’t allow this even though the settings do. The blog page shows up with the header background of the Home page because of incorrect if conditions on the getHeader.

I also realized that a closing php tag was missing in one of the files so I had to manually update that.

Overall, I believe that the current code base is significantly different from the prior releases and also different from the preview site.

Can you please look into this? What was supposed to be a 10-15min task has now ended up costing us hours.

I am using version 3.0.1 in WP and I am trying everything to get the slideshow on the home page to work. It’s pulling from the Projects and Portfolio pages but only the text is showing up. I contacted my host and got the folder permissions changed and still no luck. Any thoughts?

Hello, I’m implementing your template. I like it alot … however I have two questions.

1. On the demo it shows the post image as wide, across the width of the second column on the home page. 2. It shows only the first 500 characters of the blog post.

Here is the demo:

On my implementation, it is showing the entire blog post text on the home page and the image is smaller on the right hand side.

How can I make these two things look like the demo site as you have it?

Aaron I’d like to thank you again for a such a cleanly coded and well documented theme .

After a few days of aesthetic tweaking here is our final implementation:

I do have one more fairly serious question. It seems everything in the theme fits and works well except for the square thumbnails, which I can’t figure out how to crop to the appropriate section of the image.

Is there a way to use a custom cropped image for these square images instead of the automatic center that is going on right now?

In IE8 the transparency issues are present on pages which makes the text hard to read and the nav bar drop down bar is sluggish just like you said.

@ms_webcasa – First of all, where did you get that number It’s old data, maybe 2005 or even older. At the moment it’s around 30% and it’s dropping every month.

Second, i tried it in IE8 and there are no transparency issues.

Third, ThemeForest requires support back to IE7 (they dropped the IE6 requirement a while ago), and if it had problems it wouldn’t be accepted.

This is a great job. I have minor problem in the Home Page: The INTRO BOX ONE – TEXT is repeated in the other boxes. I however have different texts in each box. There is the same result on your live demo page.

1. It could be nice to have the slider going only forward. At this moment, after the 4th slide, it moves backwards to the first.

2. Could the slider image be changed to a bigger height?

2. Could some screenshots with the admin panel be attached pls?
