I have resolved the issues with this slider on the latest WP installation.

Just some heads up to get you started with repairing this theme for WP 2 .8+ and the latest SWFObject

PLEASE , PLEASE backup all your files prior to this! PLEASE !

Download the latest SWFObject, if you don’t have it yet
Upload the latest version of it and the ExpressInstall.swf, put it in the “scripts” directory – included with the SWFObject download

Youcan get them both from here http://code.google.com/p/swfobject/downloads/list

replace the javascript code in your header.php with this one:

Does anyone know how to get the blog portion working? When I click th blog link in the menu it just shows a blank page. I have selected the Blog template for that page but my posts aren’t showing.

I bought the V1 of this theme and have since modified it lots.

I like the look of the new one and I am just wondering how I go about updating mine? I bought FolioTastic via this site over a year ago now.

Is that normal, that you can`t see any slider picture and drop down item without javascript enabled (so you can`t reach without subnavigation the other pages of the navigation …).

I thought for this events there is a javascript fallback totally necessary – isnt it?

I bought this theme sometime ago and yes it can seem somewhat difficult in the beginning but once you get use to the process it is very easy. inatmo was also very helpful and replied to my problems very quickly I would recommend this them to anyone. If you would like to see a blog that has been setup with this them you can have a look at my wifes site
