ok, forget the fatal error from my first posting above – was my fault.

But the other subject from my last post here above seems to have to do with the thumbnails and/or image handling in WP 2 .9.2.

Yes, I really have installed your right version from the downloaded folder wp_2.9.x!

But it seems, that your documentation is still an old version … and your custom fields “thumb” obviously does not work any longer:

No posting shows its thumbnail on frontpage, no featured posting (the 3 in the row below the slider) has its thumbnail and no image in the slider is shown, and below the slider (filmstrip) the small thumbs are not shown.

I have send him an e-mail at his account here, at his website www.mipdesign.com and www.mip-design.com – but never got any answer!

The theme works with WP 3 as long as you do not need the slider and the post header images, because the custom fields does not work any longer.

Then I deleted the custom fields and tried to use the new function of WP3 , the “post thumbnail”. But if I upload an image in the post, attached it – it is not shown

That’s the problem … I guess, it’s a timthumb issue … but I’m too bad in PHP for getting the theme files to work.

Is it possible to have a drop down menu for the main navigation (pages)? I changed the code from this:

to this

<?php wp_list_pages(‘title_li=&depth=2&sort_column=menu_order&exclude=’.get_option(‘sl_page_ex’).’‘); ?>

but that didn’t work correctly and broke the menu layout.

I implemented the theme at www.themovieblog.com and it looks great, but the slider at the top of the theme has no buttons?

I don’t know why this is happening. It worked during the test…

hi, i have a couple of questions,

1.how can i disable the “Gallery latest Feature” from the galleries page so i can have only the regular type of gallery?

2.how can i add a gallery in the “contact page” like the one in your demo?

Hello! Lovely theme and very easy to work with. Thank you very much for your work!! I have one question in regards to the images in the featured slider – is it possible to somehow grab a different section of the pictures?

I guess I’m not sure how to explain it, but if you look at my blog you’ll see I have 4 posts and out of the 4, 3 of them have odd samples of the images that were added in the posts. Even when I inserted a thumbnail size on the cow image it pulled just uhhh well, least attractive part of the cow to put in the slider. And for my daughter’s picture it pulled the electrical wires from the sky – top left corner of the picture….
