I like it – i’d make one improvement though, the menu, change the hover background to a recycled style image rather than the light brown solid colour and the dividers between the menu options as it makes the dropdown look like its a bit off.
However, its ace and I think I have a great idea for using this template, well thought out.

What is the best way to remove all cufon and replace it with @font-face instead? I’m working on this for a client and they don’t want to use cufon, any suggestions? Also is there an issue if all images are moved directly into the images folder instead of the 13 folders it’s currently placed in?
Is there any chance of another colour scheme?
