On the item posted above,

one of my closing list tags was in the wrong place.

Also, working on creating a Get Started form…I had a bunch of fields so I embedded them into the toggle options. and wrapped the toggle div inside of the form. This works PERFECTLY !!

Now, wondering what the most efficient method of handling the send functionality.

Is it best to: 1) cut and paste the send.php form, rename it, and create my new variables foir any form fields added? or 2) can I simply add the variables to the send.php and it work without a hitch?
