Hi JohnGR,

I love the look, and functionality of this template. I’m wondering though; could it be used (with the HTML pages you send to sgeorge) as a standard mobile website. PHP is disabled on our servers so I couldn’t use this file as it stands but I wouldn’t want it for admin anyway. I’d want it to be a standard mobile site.

The question is: would the functionality still work without PHP ? ie I love the resizing of content and the search coming up etc when you rotate the device – would that be lost with plain HTML files?

If it would work as HTML (and you could supply me those files instead of PHP after purchase) I will gladly buy this!

Is it possible to change top navigation to display drop-downs on mouseOver rather than onClick ? I tried updating custom.js from $(this).click(function()

to   $(this).hover(function()  

..and was able to get the submenus to show-up, however I can’t click on the sub-links as the menu disappears once the cursor goes off the top link. Any suggestions?

I figured out what’s causing it. It’s the 100% width on the wysiwyg control via JS. It sets the width to whatever your browser window is upon loading, and then when you start resizing, it doesn’t change that value thus causing the horizontal scroll bars.

Thanks Kubasto! I’ll check that out. Any ideas or links on how I might pull in RSS feeds (say from a Wordpress blog) into this template? Similar to how the Twitter feeds is being pulled in, but using RSS instead of JSON .

There are sites out there that do this sort of thing such as www.card.ly and www.flavors.me but they don’t have mobile friendly versions. So I’m looking to use your template as a foundation to pull in my other content from the web (twitter, wordpress, linkedin, etc.)

This might be a profitable adventure if you were to build one of these yourself and sell it here. I’d buy it.

Looks great! The rollover on the main menu seems to be a plain white, like the background behind it – is this right?

Might be worth considering adding a differnt tone to the rollover as it looks like a missing graphic file.

I also think this theme would sell really well with the implementation of a non ecommernce version – a porfilio sytle side or version. I would buy it!
