Discussion:

Hi Installed your theme and it first gave me an error saying that there was no stylesheet. Well I checked the directory and there was a stylesheet.css, so I changed the name to style.css and that fixed the error but the template is not appearing in my admin. Any ideas?

I LOVE THIS ! My only problem is the contact form. Is there anything else that needs to be modified for the contact form to work besides the email? When I click send message on the contact form-the button just changes to sending message and thats it. The page does not load or anything.

What am I doing wrong and what can I do to fix it

Same problem here. I’ve changed the email adress, like you said. Nonetheless, it still stops at “sending message” (which is, by the way, invisible with the dark theme…). And the email is really sent. But the page supposed to appear after does not appear… Any idea, boss ?

I like the concept, good work. But it really hurt my eyes.

This is missing a contact page so we can see the styling on the form, and also a lot of people are starting to integrate AJAX forms with the template ‘as is’.

Might be worth noting, kept me from buying. Other than that I love the theme.

I have also purchased this template I would like the logo to match my site but seeing as the psd doesn’t even let you change the background their is no way to do it. Most templates I have purchased comes with the full LOGO PSD which you them can go into and edit not just the text of the logo

I’m not too good with this, i used dreamweaver & photoshop, when i open any psd you have provided, it doesn’t actually show the PSD , just alot of blue lines.

When I browse to your Index.html in IE8 on Windows XP, it is centered correctly.

But if I copy Index.html to another location and change the reference to the css files from this: link href=”css/all.css to this: link href=”/Library/Themeforest/Hybrid/css/all.css

then it is no longer centered in IE8 , but works correctly in FF. I think it might have to do with iepngfix.htc.

i would like to integrate the WordPress version of this theme into the HTML version. is there an easy way to do this, or will i just have to purchase the WP theme too and send the blog.html button to ../blog/ directory?

I’ve dug and dug and my css code seems to be the same as yours with a few variations.

When I use a logo, how do I get the Blog Title not to appear to the right of the logo? I want only the logo and no text. The text throws off my header menu alignment.

One issue I have… When the Contact Form is submitted, the mail is properly generated and sent but the browser window is replaced by an entirely blank page with a “1” in the upper left corner.

In looking at the code, it appears this “1” is how the PHP script returns “success” from the mail sending operation. It appears the AJAX code defines a “success:” function which checks this code showing an error alert if there was a failure BUT WHY does the “1” replace the page content? This is done via AJAX so the result of the AJAX request should NOT replace the browser document.

Do you have a fix for this? The Contact Form is worthless with this bug.

Just one thing… Where are the users email addresses being stored or sent?

LOVE this and very happily purchased it too!

One small problem on the wood layout though. On my computer it shows up fine, but once uploaded online and viewed at my website, The input box for the email address is further up than it should be and is covering the image on the left that says Coming Very Soon on a little banner.

Any ideas? All i have done is changed some text here and there

One thing I did notice though (minor) . . . there isn’t much contrast between the colour of the link text and background inside the footer or bottom section of the page. On IE8 and chrome I can barely see the links at all unless I hover over them.
