Hey, I have no idea what files to open to edit the website? Can I PM you so you can help me out?

After a few edits on the page, I’ve bumped into a few issues. The first one is that for some reasons, the “subject” part of the contact form disappeared and not showing. I have no clue how to make it reappear. The other issue is that I’m getting too different look from IE 8 and Firefox 3.5.6 The problem (I assume) is with the CSS settings in demo.css for the contact form and footer. . As you can notice in IE 8 , the contact form top merge with the bottom of the main body and second, there’s a big gap between the contact form bottom with the footer. That’s my only issues (hopefully last) with the page and I hope you can help me get this fix, please.

I notice the a scroll bar appears at the bottom of my browser. I think for some reason the positioning is way off. Like its trying to display the information way off to the right.

Themeforest support threads are not searchable. Since most questions are asked over and over again a searchable forum will make it possible that you dont even need to wait for my response, because its already there.

So i noticed that every time a page loads, the Main rotator displays all of the images stacked vertically for a few seconds before it begins to scroll. Is there a fix for this or does anyone know of an alternative. Very annoying after a while. Other than that, I love it.

Bought this and it’s a dream. I am amazed at the comments above. Do people really think they’ll get a complete e-commerce store for under $50!!. Really!!

I think the problem lies with peoples lack of understanding. It’s very clear that what you are buying with any template is CSS and HTML – not a database, not a CMS …..just exactly what it says. If you don’t fully understand that CSS and XHTML are just the shell then I think you can’t comment like some of the above have done as it shows a complete lack of understanding of the basics of how websites are built.

I have used a handful of templates from ThemeForest and all have worked just as described. For those who do understand we are using ExpressionEngine with our own bespoke shopping cart. Works a treat.

This is clarification that i bought the Sansations wordpress. Feel free to double check the site to see how its running. The problems are:

1: The Twitter link doesn’t suck tweets that we post on our home page at all.

2: The Follow TreeHouse-In tab on the footer comes up ‘grey’ instead of white.

3: Our ‘Subscribe’ widget for our footer doesn’t work at all

4: Our tag cloud wiget for our blog page doesnt work at all

I am slowly finishing up my project with your awesome template and I have a question over the contact form:

In IE8 the column next to my contact form is displaying under the form instead of to the right of it. You can check it out here:

In Firefox the column is displayed correctly but at the bottom of the footer there is an extra grey rectangle.

This problem may be due to the fact that I am using asp.net and the form tag is treated differently. Is there any css change I can make to fix this problem?

Great template but i will not buy it because there is a bug in the template. If I click on a video, the video plays. If I click on another video, i can hear the sound of the first video and the second video.

Can you stop the first video sound when another video is playing?

Hi I am having a problem with the template.

The image slider is causing me problems in Internet Explorer but works fine in Google Chrome.

Is there a way to prevent the image from sliding? I am only using one image, as a header image, so do not need it to slide – I think it is the slide transitions that is causing the other elements on the page to jump around.

In Defence of the “same-same” suggestion on your themes earlier by Deagle – I think this is an unfair statement. It isn’t so much about innovation as providing a very polished store front to display products. In my opinion, you achieve this effortlessly with the themes I have seen to date.

Keep doing what you’re doing!

Looks great! The rollover on the main menu seems to be a plain white, like the background behind it – is this right?

Might be worth considering adding a differnt tone to the rollover as it looks like a missing graphic file.

I also think this theme would sell really well with the implementation of a non ecommernce version – a porfilio sytle side or version. I would buy it!
