Is there any way to create a submenu? Two-level or Three-level menu in main menu?

In the gallery, is there any way to, when I select a category it will open a contentpage like the about page?

I cant seem to get the video gallery or video reel. When even i click them tabs nothing loads and then it stuck on that tab….What I’m trying to do is set up a youtube playlist feed…. Any Help?
