FYI . I noted a minor issue with one of the BG picts on your super ‘cleanmail’ template (purchased) on the product’s page – re rending.
As it turns out, having similar issue with ‘boldmail’ too on the Mac’s mail.app. Same w/t the iPhone. But I suppose Apple’s using same/similar code.
As I understand it’s not the template’s fault and some email clients don’t render images properly. However, I note you mentioned ‘looking into it’ some days ago. Any news?
I sure would appreciate if you could wrap your head around any possible fixes. As I’d love to send the (email) designs out the way you intended them to be seen.

It is a beautiful email template mainly because of the use of the faded background image. Unfortunately, this background image is not going to show up on 80% of mail clients !

Is this an easy newsletter to get up and running. I downloaded newsletter 2-9 and it’s a mess in terms of instructions etc. I need to get this up and running for my business. Please describe how this woirks.
I love the look of this template and purchased it. However I am very disapointed in the formatting of the PSD files. You give a seperate file for the map, the picture of the glass and the NAV bar…
But there is no seperate file for the header or the main topic titles. So if we want to change the main titles of the topic headers we have to go into your main page file and then slice out the exact sections for the titles…? No header file?
