Don’t waste your money on this template like I did.

The way the CSS is written, it is not supported by Outlook. CSS with images as backgrounds is still not accepted in all of the email clients, and one of the largest ones…Outlook does not support it.

Unfortunately, I see that a lot of people have purchased this template. In Outlook it falls apart and it is not recognizable. Too bad the author didn’t test it in the MAJOR clients.

As one of your previous purchasers I was pretty excited to see this design of yours and set it up with a client newsletter. Like a few of the other purchasers I didn’t do my homework properly and set up the template with your e-mail and made my changes.

But how embarassing was it to discover that when the client opened up the message on their outlook yesterday, everything was terribly out of whack. I really appreciated your support of the Shapeshifter Design when I implemented that earlier, but it seems you’ve let this e-mail template fall down.

I am also a bit disappointed I spent the money on this but I suppose it is my fault that I didn’t check it out fully before purchasing.

Might have to look at using a different template altogether now or try to fix it all myself. Not really the time savings I had hoped for when purchasing!

I’m having an issue with the email not rendering correctly in Outlook, but rendering nicely in IE, Chrome, Firefox. The white area shifts left halfway down the email.

I’ve been waiting for someone to do one of these . Nice one.

Hi,

I am very interested in this..

However, I am a but confused about the licence fees so i’m just going to say what I need and hopefully you might be able to guide me..

I have two sites I would be using these on, one a personal website for photography no profit and the other a business selling clothes. I would need to edit the templates to put my logos in etc and that’s about it.

Would i need to buy it twice for each website under the regular licence?

Hi, i’ve purchased this good email template, but i want to know how can i use in CMS like Joomla, that have the newsletter editor. I’ve tried to paste the HTML code in editor and i’ve upload all images in folder on my server, but nothing…i don’t view nothing. Instead if i paste the HTML code in email software like thunderbird it’s all ok…why??

I purchased this theme and have tried it out twice:

a) I tried the default settings

b) I tried changing the images

Both times I sent it from Outlook 2007 by copying and pasting out of firefox, with proper links to all the images on a web server.

The problem is, it appears broken when I test it in any mail client or GMail. Can you give me an idea as to how I might send this without breaking it?

Just to let you know that I used this template as my basis for my Newsletter, had been using Hi 5 for Mailchimp but was not satisfied with the output. I used this in my normal HTML editor and then zipped the graphics and file together and just imported into mail chimp and sent. So easy, glad you mentioned how above though as it was not obvious though and I read your details for uploading and it was as easy as 1 2 3. I also put a copy on my website for anyone who has a problem at www.cscs.com.au/Newsletter/newsletter.html

Live preview fixed!

Guys this doesn’t view properly in Hotmail or AOL , in Hotmail i found the middle box’s black background appears as white so the text is unreadable. In AOL none of the text will show ?
