Airmail! - Customizable Email Template

BEAUTIFUL design.
BUT , background images are a major component of the Airmail template and the background images do not show up in Outlook 2007.
Without the background images, this template looks horrible.
Read the comments on page 3 and 4 before choosing to buy this template.
Hmm, this is a bit disappointing, still no update, I should have read the comments before purchasing also

Hi – I do not dispute what you are saying – I just cannot see the items as it would appear they should be displayed, which is why I wondered if there was a compatibility problem with my Explorer 8 browser.
For instance, in all the templates the first newsletter header + title parts appear on my screen to take up most of the screen height (I have a 19” screen) and are blank. Many other parts are blank too.
With previous templates I have been able to load them into my AceHTML software, switch to the source html and go from there.

A bit late I think. I purchased a month ago when I needed the product for a project. I had to redo your template from scratch to get it o work with Outlook, Gmail, Yahoo and Hotmail. None of which worked properly despite being advertised as such. The issue was not just an Outlook 2007 issue. Next time test your product before releasing it and wasting your customer’s time.

Just to let you know that I used this template as my basis for my Newsletter, had been using Hi 5 for Mailchimp but was not satisfied with the output. I used this in my normal HTML editor and then zipped the graphics and file together and just imported into mail chimp and sent. So easy, glad you mentioned how above though as it was not obvious though and I read your details for uploading and it was as easy as 1 2 3. I also put a copy on my website for anyone who has a problem at www.cscs.com.au/Newsletter/newsletter.html
